Basic Career Health Check (BCHC)

A Review of your CV, your career to date, your qualifications and your experience.

A Career Health Check diagnoses the state of your career and, if necessary, recommends action to improve it. It does not itself cure your career problems.

Together we will examine:
  • How happy you are in your present job
  • How well managed you are
  • How well you manage others
  • The impact of your work on the rest of your life
  • How you are treated at you workplace
  • How satisfied you are with your achievements to date

  • What financial provisions you have made for the future
  • What you expect to achieve in the future
  • Whether you have a Career Plan

  • How your life outside work impacts on your job
  • How your personality has developed over the years
  • How well you are equipped to handle your career
  • About successes and failures you have had in your career to date
The check is conducted by email.
I reply very quickly to your information once we have started.
How long it takes depends on how quickly you answer my questions.
It takes three to four days to analyse.

If your career seems to be on track and you are satisfied that it is, that's it. I may suggest a Basic Career Health Check again in a year or two's time but we don't do anything more at this stage.

IF, however, we both think that your career is in need of more attention I may:

EITHER suggest that you complete a Preliminary Personality Review (PPRE)

This Review asks a lot of questions about your ambitions, hopes and objectives. It's not rocket science but it does sort out some of the more fundamental problems people encounter in their careers. When you have completed the PPR we both review, by email, what we have learnt from it and how this may impact on your career.

OR suggest that you subscribe to THE CAREER & JOB PACKAGE

PLEASE SEE PRICES PAGE FOR THE COSTS.

How fit is your career?
