His exceptional food quality and sensitive, disciplined cooking combined to turn an unforgettable meal into a truly praiseworthy event. The balance of gastronomic delights confirms the suggestion “Trust the Chef”.
  2. EXECUTIVE CHEF MARCO (Mandarin Oriental Hotel Singapore) for his overseeing an exceptional standard of service, outstanding food quality and exemplary management at the wedding lunch on 16 July 2011. The professionalism of the whole event was testament to his many years working in the finest European restaurants and his well-deserved Michelin Star.
  3. HEF KWANGChinese Banquet Chef (Mandarin Oriental Hotel Singapore) for a superb wedding lunch for newly-weds on 16 July 2011.
