1. What is Mentoring?
Watch the short video below to get direct insight into what mentoring is, and how it can help.

2. How do I become a Terrific Mentor?

You need to have an entrepreneurial spirit, wise experience of engaging people and a burning desire to help them lead more fulfilled lives. We look for all three attributes in our Terrific Mentors. The process includes extensive screening, training and examination. We are always looking for suitable people and the journey is tough.

3. I’m lost, I don’t know what I want, I don’t know where I am going in my job or in my life. Can you help me, please?

Yes, we can! We can help you find what we call your Tree on the other side of the Field. That is your purpose, your interest, your ambition – even if you cannot see it at present – your needs, your dreams. All of these matter, all of them have to be taken into account before you decide your purpose. When you have decided it you feel much better, much happier and much more focused.

If you are interested to know more, we can help you find it.

4. My relationships at work are poor. I have not been promoted for several years. My appraisals are fairly good but I don’t get an increase in salary reflecting that fact. What is wrong with me?
We first need to find out how you relate to others at work. It may be that you are focusing too much on yourself and not enough on the other person. It may be that you have poor self-esteem in which case we will help you to correct that. Our Handle Yourself and Other People service may be best for you.

5. I feel bullied, left out, ignored, taken advantage of, derided at work. My boss shouts at me and is rude to me in front of other people. My peers despise me. How can I build myself up and become what I want to be?
Confidence comes from within not for without. You may have reason to be bullied but mostly people who are bullied unconsciously ask for it. We are all animals underneath the veneer of civilisation. Animals attack another sick or weak animal as part of the process of the strongest genes being handed on. We can help you stand on your own feet and become confident with our Handle Yourself and Other People Better service.
6. I had a very bad childhood and it has done me a lot of damage. My parents were very strict and didn't allow me to enjoy my school years. Now they expect me to support them and to care of them in their old / sick years. I am fed up with the responsibility I am expected to shoulder. What should I do about it?

Life throws many curved balls at people and most people had rotten childhoods in one way or another, you are not alone. Parents are not professionals, they are amateurs, just as you are or will be as a parent if you become one. Developing leadership skills will help you maintain balance and  manage stressful situations in a calm, collected manner. Leadership skills aren’t just for work, and we can help you to develop them with some personal, one-on-one mentoring.

You can contact us to know more about this, in full confidence and discretion with no obligation.

7. Someone I know is struggling emotionally / financially / physically / in their job and I want to help them but don’t know how. What should I do?

We can train people to be Family Mentors – able to help those around them with the kind of problems you are witnessing. We also train people to be Terrific Mentors in a rigorous programme of classes and practice. We will discuss with you which is best for your situation.

All these situations depend on your knowing what you want, what you need and how you plan to get it. That is the purpose of our PASDAQ Compass™. This is a preliminary step in 95% of all mentoring relationships we have. Over 7,500 people have completed their PASDAQ Compass™. All, without exception, have said they have learnt a lot more about themselves as a result. Find out more about The PASDAQ Compass™
