You learn the importance of curiosity, how to observe creatively and when to ‘bounce’ an irritation in such a way that it becomes a challenge you can win. You will learn that everyone is a potential friend, teacher, help, even, possibly, a client if you see it as a transaction.

Understanding people is the best way to deal with our own anger. When we learn to read other people, to handle them with honesty, tact and skill, we can overcome any problems they put in our way.
