All programmes and packages are offered by email.
Personal meetings with Mentors can be arranged and, if required, will be quoted for separately.
Counselling is by a specified Partner of www.TerrificMentors.com. He or she will remain your sole Mentor throughout the programme you have decided to do.
You are the Mentee.
All attachments from you will please be sent to us in '.doc' or '.pdf' or '.xls' format.
The stages of each package are sequential. When the work required by one stage has been satisfactorily completed, your Mentor sends you the next stage.
Each stage is subject to scrutiny and comment by your Mentor. Occasionally s/he may ask you to revise a stage before we proceed to the next stage of the package.
We make every effort to give you the best possible and most prompt personal attention by email throughout the package. We do not guarantee that you will achieve the objectives of the package.
Our advice is given bona fide (in good faith) but we take no responsibility for the consequences of your following that advice or of your failing to follow that advice.
The time limit over which you may seek advice on matters related to a package is six months from the time of completion of all the stages of that package. But we like our Mentees to stay in touch with us for as long as they want and we don’t charge them for occasional ad hoc advice.
Payment for a package is considered made when your cheque has been cleared.
Your beginning work on a package or any consultation with us constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
