Denise is an excellent coach. She is always poised, very quick to build rapport and displayed first class skill-sets. She constantly leads her coachees to reflect on their people management issues with questions. I particularly like her approach of asking what would be the worst case scenario if we are to take the most apprehensive decision in a conflict situation. I am always able to reflect on every session and practice them with great success.
Denise has been a Certified Terrific Mentor since 2008, working closely under the mentorship of Founder, John Bittleston. Over the last 3 years, she has delivered TerrificMentors International Personal and Corporate Mentoring to individuals and businesses. We hear about tough love from time to time. It is meant to be a caring but disciplined form of control by parent or by manager. It conjures up images of barking Sergeant-Majors on the parade ground, or of bosses meting out unpleasant orders softened by an Ang Pow.
