Mentoring Programme for ICF Credentialing

Join Mentor Coach, Denise Pang (PCC) on this programme that fully supports your credentialing journey with ICF. Further develop the ICF competencies, hone your coaching skills and gain confidence through supervised coaching sessions.


1.0 ACC ATCP or ACC PA Credential:
1.1 Meets ICF requirement of 10 hours work with a qualified mentor coach
1.2 Focuses on developing proficiency in all ICF Core Competencies
1.3 Keeping you on track of the required Client Coaching hours
1.4 Two Reference Letters from qualified coaches
1.5 Preparation and practice for the 1-part ACC Oral Exam to confidently demonstrate your coaching skills during the live coaching session

2.0 Coaching for PCC ATCP or PCC PA Credential:
2.1 Meets ICF requirement of 10 hours work with a qualified mentor coach
2.2 Focuses on developing proficiency in all ICF Core Competencies
2.3 Keeping you on track of the required Client Coaching hours
2.4 Two Reference Letters from qualified coaches
2.5 Preparation and practice for the 3-part PCC Exam:

  • Quality recording of an actual client coaching session that best demonstrates your coaching skills
  • Written exam consisting of short answer questions and three case studies
  • Confidently demonstrate your coaching skills during the live coaching session

3.0 Optional Modules:

  • Develop your Coaching Model
  • Establish your Coaching Niche
  • Build your Coaching Practice
