Preliminary Personality Review is a quick and simple diagnostic tool to establish any major personality advantages or disadvantages you may have.

You may think that your job is wrong for you. You may feel that things generally are not going right for you. Perhaps your relationships with other people - at work or at home - are not as good as you’d like. Maybe you feel more like a victim than the cause of your own problems.

Plunging into a Career And Job Package could be wrong if your uncertainties are so wide. Simply settling for a course in Handle Yourself And Other People better might not be right either.

The Preliminary Personality Review is a shortened version of The PASDAQ Review. It won’t search out as much about you as PASDAQ but it will point you in the right direction to set about solving your problems.

It is a diagnostic tool, not a remedy. So if you do it there is a fair chance that the result will be a recommendation to sign on for another package. That will only happen if it is clear from the PPRE that your problems can be solved or eased and there is a suitable programme to help them.

The PPRE is a cheap and cheerful way of finding out where the problem lies - if, indeed, there really is a problem.
