Denise Pang
Prior to receiving her coaching certification in 2008, Denise built a 15-year career in Business Development and Strategic Alliances, working for leading IT and Consulting multinational corporations including Accenture and Hewlett-Packard.
Working with diverse groups of people in multi-cultural environments to achieve corporate goals and personal objectives provides fertile ground for personal growth, developing a wide range of life skills such as problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation and leadership.
Her decision to leave a successful career in a high performance company is testimony to the power of coaching in transforming lives. After four years in Beijing, China where she established a track record in the telecommunications industry, she relocated back to Singapore to become a Professional Coach and Mentor.
Today, Denise combines coaching principles and skills with corporate experience and hindsight to coach and mentor individuals and organisations in the areas of:

Through the Terrific Mentors Mentoring for Coaches Programme, Denise also supports fellow coaches with their ICF Credentialing by providing structure, accountability and effective feedback on competencies at the most crucial points of the journey.
Background: Denise graduated with double majors in Sociology and Linguistics at the National University of Singapore. She received her Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Academy (ICA) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Singapore Chapter Executive Committee. Denise currently resides in Singapore.
