She has additionally been commissioned by Time Warner & Deutsche Bank.

She trained female leaders in Slovakia and the top team of the Ural Bank of Redevelopment in leadership, problem solving and decision making skills. She enhanced coaching skills among pharmacists, Singapore Customs and Singapore Airlines managers. She develops training programmes to meet client needs for example, Sun Tzu’s Art of War and Strategic Management for the Singapore Land Transport Authority; Influencing and negotiating to achieve win-win for Applied Materials and People Management skills for Keppel Land. She has taught crisis management for SPRING-SMU Advanced Management Programmes, developed a SPRING-SMU Business Culture of SMEs workshop to facilitate adjustment of fresh graduates to SME employers.
