Here are our terms and conditions.

  2. Mentoring is supervised by a specified Terrific Mentor. He or she will remain your supervising Mentor throughout the programme you have decided to do. One or two more Terrific Mentors may be involved in your mentoring programme. You will be told beforehand who they are and given a short biography of them. All Terrific Mentors have been personally selected by John Bittleston. They observe the codes of conduct and confidentiality of Terrific Mentors at all times and their costs are included in the cost of the programme.
  3. You are the Mentee. All attachments from you will be sent to us in ‘.doc’ or ‘.pdf’ or ‘xls.’ format.

  5. The stages of each package are sequential. You will be expected to complete the work required by a particular stage within the agreed timeframe, before your Mentor(s) sends you the next stage.
  6. Each stage will be reviewed and commented on by your Mentor(s). Occasionally they may ask you to revise a stage before we proceed to the next stage of the package.
  7. We make every effort to give you the best possible and most prompt personal attention throughout the package. We do not produce summary “reports” on your work but expect you to collate and compile the many comments and questions and answers we put to you and give to you during your mentoring. Mentoring is a discussion, not an examination.
  8. Our advice is given bona fide (in good faith). We do not guarantee that you will achieve the objectives of your selected package and we take no responsibility for the consequences of your following that advice or of your failing to follow that advice. Further, you undertake not to in any way make any claims in relation to any advice, suggestions or information provided within our programmes or articles, and you fully acknowledge and agree that any act or omission taken by you, your agents or any other relevant third party is solely and fully on your own volition, liability and responsibility.
  9. The time limit over which you may seek advice on matters related to a package is six months from the time of completion of all the stages of that package. We offer our Mentees the chance to stay in touch with us and other Mentees through the Terrific Mentors’ Mentee Alumni.
  10. Payment for a package is considered made when your payment is received by Singleton Pte Ltd or your cheque has been cleared. TerrificMentors operates a “NO REFUNDS” policy at all times.
  11. Starting work on a package or engaging in any consultation with us amounts to your full endorsement of these Terms and Conditions.
